Okay, first things first, then the big stuff.

Yes, I drew that, no I did not trace, no I did not look at another picture as source, and the feet and hands are big because I like drawing characters like that. Its called idealized porportion, and I enjoy it

Okay, now for something that may give Spidey purists a hard time is the shoes.

"But Spidey doesnt have shoes" Well, the Spidey drawn by John Romita Sr. did, and if you have a problem with that, take it up with the man My thinking is this, Spidey is jumping around all night, night after night, and on numerous surfaces. Dont you think hed break a toe or step on a piece of glass?

Actually the shoes on the Romita Sr. werent like mine, but they were there, so theyre giving me precedent.

Now for those who may say that Spideys "stuff" or "juice" wont go through that thick of material, well the Romita Sr. Spidey did.

But lets say that doesnt jive with you, then heres this. Spideys pal, Reed Richards, made spidey some Shoes from Unstable Molecule Fabric, UMF, which allows Spideys mojo to go through.
